Return & Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused, with any original tags or labels, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your return before contacting us. Once your return request has been accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us as soon as possible if your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product. We will review the issue and work with you to provide an appropriate solution.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of products cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom-made or personalized products, and products that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons once opened or unsealed.
We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Certain exceptions may also apply to gift cards and other products where permitted by applicable law. Nothing in this policy limits your mandatory rights under applicable consumer law.
Exchanges
The quickest way to receive a different product is to return the item you currently have. Once the return has been accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you generally have the legal right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days without providing a reason, subject to the exceptions established by applicable law.
The withdrawal period generally runs for 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receives the goods.

Products should be returned in accordance with applicable EU and French consumer law. You may handle the product only to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning. Your statutory rights are not affected by our voluntary 30-day return policy.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you about the status of your refund.
Where a refund is due, it will be issued to your original payment method. For statutory EU withdrawals, refunds will be handled within the deadlines required by applicable consumer law. We may be entitled to withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever occurs first.
Please remember that your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.
